It is vain

לָכֶ֨ם

early

מַשְׁכִּ֪ימֵֽי

for you to rise up

ק֡וּם

late

מְאַֽחֲרֵי

to sit up

שֶׁ֗בֶת

to eat

אֹ֭כְלֵי

the bread

לֶ֣חֶם

of sorrows

הָעֲצָבִ֑ים

כֵּ֤ן

for so he giveth

יִתֵּ֖ן

his beloved

לִֽידִיד֣וֹ

sleep

שֵׁנָֽא׃

הִנֵּ֤ה

are an heritage

נַחֲלַ֣ת

of the LORD

יְהוָ֣ה

Lo children

בָּנִ֑ים

is his reward

שָׂ֝כָ֗ר

and the fruit

פְּרִ֣י

of the womb

הַבָּֽטֶן׃

As arrows

כְּחִצִּ֥ים

are in the hand

בְּיַד

of a mighty man

גִּבּ֑וֹר

כֵּ֝֗ן

so are children

בְּנֵ֣י

of the youth

הַנְּעוּרִֽים׃

Happy

אַשְׁרֵ֤י

is the man

הַגֶּ֗בֶר

אֲשֶׁ֤ר

full

מִלֵּ֥א

אֶת

that hath his quiver

אַשְׁפָּת֗וֹ

מֵ֫הֶ֥ם

לֹֽא

of them they shall not be ashamed

יֵבֹ֑שׁוּ

כִּֽי

but they shall speak

יְדַבְּר֖וּ

אֶת

with the enemies

אוֹיְבִ֣ים

in the gate

בַּשָּֽׁעַר׃
