Revelation 17:12 “And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.”

If we recall about the 2 beasts: Revelation 12:7 a dragon with seven kings and Revelation 13, a beast with 10 kings and 10 horns. Notice that in verse 12, this beast about the ten horns and ten kings does not match with the seven-headed dragon but the Antichrist’s beast of Revelation 13.

In verse 10, he mentioned about 7 kings but in verse 12 he talks about 10 kings. Antichrist is Satan incarnate, that’s the answer as to why Antichrist and Satan the dragon keeps going back and forth. There is a distinction between the kings in verse 10 and 12, previously 5 has fallen but here all 10 kings are still operating. So that shows two different beasts.

So the question is, who are these 10 kings? If we look back at Revelation 13, it is clear that this is different from the seven-headed dragon, this beast is a leopard, not a dragon. This beast is part of the Roman system.

“which have received no kingdom as yet;”- So these aren’t literally kings and their kingdoms, they don’t have a kingdom yet.

“but receive power as kings”- Notice the careful wordings of the King James Bible, these guys aren’t kings but they have the power of kings.

When you think about it, this matches perfectly with globalists in modern times today. Although we do have some kings and queens, the majority of the nation is not really going by that system anymore, it’s going by presidents, governors, etc. Or it doesn’t even have to be those titles anymore, it could be the elitist or globalists but they rule as kings.

Who are these globalists?

The Bible doesn’t state who they are. There are some books by preachers, sadly a lot of them are not Bible-believing and dispensational, but one of them, during the 90s, he had a very interesting book where he listed all the clubs, lodges, organizations and all the big shots, the elite organization system. He took all the big chairs here and did a process of elimination on who would qualify to fit the ten seats. Obviously, one of the seats that a lot of people would agree with is Rothschild but you got a lot of other people who are part of the ten seats too.

There’s a theory going around called the thirteen bloodlines of Illuminati, they assume that these people will be part of the ten kings. The problem here is that there are 13 here but only 10 seats, so this is not going to work, so some of them proposed that there will be 10 kings from the 13, and the remaining 3 are the Antichrist, the false prophet and Satan.

Pastor Gene Kim only allows this theory as a possibility, not 100% truth. The reason why is because then you’re saying that one of the bloodlines has to be Satan himself. We also know that Satan incarnate is already the Antichrist. Also, the Pastor doesn’t go that far as to say that there’s only one bloodline that’s always Satan.

Club of Rome

One of the globalists is called the Club of Rome. If you look at your Ruckman Reference Bible, at the last map, he mentions that the Club of Rome is one of the infamous elitist organizations that conspiracy theorists get into. They mentioned that at some time, the whole world is divided into 10 kingdoms. They mentioned that their whole empire (and it’s called Club of Rome, the mother system of the Roman Catholic church), how they divide their ten kingdoms is as the following:
1. United States of America, Canada, Alaska
2. Europe, England, Scandinavia, Greenland
3. Japan
4. Australia, South Africa
5. Russia
6. South America and Mexico, including Central America
7. Islamic nations, Middle East, parts of Africa, Asia Minor
8. Central to Northern Africa
9. India
10. China
That’s how the Club of Rome is supposed to divide these 10 kingdoms.

The globalists who rule one hour with the beast

They rule like kings but they’re not literally kings, so those fit the globalists.

They reign for one hour with the beast. This should be utterly convicting to anybody who claims power in the world. All of you who are chasing your dreams and aspiration to be successful in the world, the highest you will ever go is where these globalists are. You can get that much power, you can attain it, you can rule over all the world, but man at his best can only rule for one hour.

Now pastor doesn’t know the biblical number for that one, but it’s definitely shorter than 7 years or 3.5 years of tribulation. That’s a very short amount of time.

These globalists will give their power and strength to the beast

Revelation 17:13 “These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.”

They have a common goal, and they will give their power and their strength to the Antichrist.

Realize that these globalists who are all working together, their common goal is to bring in the kingdom of the Antichrist. Whether they do that deliberately or unintentionally to worship Satan, it doesn’t matter, it’s bringing in the Antichrist kingdom.

When you look at current events, Bill Gates, the news and media companies, what is the world talking about?

We’re doing all this vaccine, cryptocurrency technology etc because we are in need of a savior, we are in need of a utopian kingdom.

That translates in plain language to the Antichrist kingdom. Even if people have no idea about that, they’re actually fulfilling scripture, they are bringing in the Antichrist kingdom.

They are going to try to make war with the Lamb but…

Revelation 17:14 “These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.”

They’re going to try to conquer Jesus Christ but He is going to defeat them.

Why? Because God is Lord over every lord, and King over every king.

That covers saints throughout all times. Aren’t we called of God? The Jews are also known as the elect.

We’re chosen when we receive Christ for our salvation in Ephesians 1. The Jews are known as the elect in Romans 11 and Matthew 24.

The word “faithful” perfectly fits the tribulation saints because they have to be found faithful till death, that’s what the Bible says in the book of Revelation. They’re going to lay down their lives.

All the saints of all time, tribulation, church age, Old Testament etc, we’re all going to side with the Lamb and conquer and knock off this system.
