We are definitely in an era where we witness the impotence of a country’s ruler, and a weakling generation.
As a Christian, we are not supposed to be pro-war, nor anti-war. We should be highly aware that the government belongs to the devil system, Christians are not part of the order; the world order system, we should be focusing on getting souls saved, and getting people into Bible-believing churches.
So what do the scriptures say about Russia and Ukraine?
The Bible does prophesy about Russia, which Bible believing preachers would believe that the bear is Russia as prophesied. As shown in Daniel 7:5
Daniel 7:5 “And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.”
The bear is an emblem and a symbol for Russia, and whenever Russia may conquest it would use bear references. To interpret this passage, if we were to look up the etymology, the ribs in the bear’s mouth refer to the side or part of the side, that’s protecting the heart or the inner organs.
So then there are three sides that come up out of the mouth of the bear. Dr Ruckman points out that the three that were within the bear are actually Ukraine and the other two other parts that Russia used to gain territory.
So according to the context as mentioned in Daniel 7:5 Ukraine is calling out to the mouth of the bear (Russia) devouring much flesh. Devour much flesh means destruction from war according to Deuteronomy 32.
Deuteronomy 32:42 “I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh; and that with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revenges upon the enemy.”
So the thing is that is rib is also a part of the bear, not of others. To put things into perspective, we know that Ukraine is trying to gain its own independence, whereas Russia is claiming Ukraine to be a part of its territory.
Hence the last part of Daniel 7:5 indicates that Ukraine is proclaiming war with Russia.
If we were to also picture the bear as a symbol of a kingdom and nation, then it should all make sense because according to Daniel 7:5, ‘the three ribs in the mouth of it‘ means the three territories including Ukraine in the mouth, means opening or entrance of Russia. God chooses the bear to symbolize Russia for a reason,
Hosea 13:8 “I will meet them as a bear that is bereaved of her whelps, and will rend the caul of their heart, and there will I devour them like a lion: the wild beast shall tear them.”
Again we see here in Hosea that the bear is bereaved of its babies, and causing destruction with wars. This goes in line with Deuteronomy 32, and the nature of animal behavior. A bear would usually attack when its babies are being robbed or stolen from her. See another supporting passage from the scripture.
2 Samuel 17:8 “For, said Hushai, thou knowest thy father and his men, that they be mighty men, and they be chafed in their minds, as a bear robbed of her whelps in the field: and thy father is a man of war, and will not lodge with the people.”
It seems that nearly every war that has started in the past 50 years has been a result of media lies. The media could have stopped it. ‘If they have searched deep enough, if they hadn’t reprinted government propaganda. They could have stopped it.‘ As mentioned by Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks.
The Bible shares with us the same truth.
Proverbs 17:12 “Let a bear robbed of her whelps meet a man, rather than a fool in his folly.”
This is in line with Daniel 7 about a bear robbed of her whelps, and it shows that we can never trust the word of men, or media, but only the word of God.
Why? This is because we see globalists on both sides supporting the endeavors. So there are globalists supporting the American side or NATO side and then there are got globalists supporting the Russian side. Hence it doesn’t make a difference.
Even the Anti Christ kingdom like the United Nation is involved so to speak, and other nations doing whatever is in their power to support Ukraine in its time of existential threat, which brings and gathers the nation closer to one-world system.
Not only from the media and news, but even liberals also voice their opinion about the affair, saying that Putin’s assault on Ukraine will shape a new world order, and this fulfills the prophecies mentioned in the Bible. This shows that both sides’ actions are gearing towards the New World Order.
God does not choose sides in this case, and He is against all nations.
Proverbs 28:15 “As a roaring lion, and a ranging bear; so is a wicked ruler over the poor people.”
This Biblical reference puts forward a clear viewpoint of the Russian ruler being a wicked guy,
Revelation 13:2 “And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.”
This is another reference that Russia will be a part of the Anti Christ Kingdom.
Revelation 17:3 “So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. “
Apart from the bear, there’s also a woman or harlot connected to the Antichrist kingdom.
Revelation 17:5 “And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth.”
It refers to the Roman Catholic church or the Roman Empire. Besides, there is a passage in the scripture about iron mixing with clay which has a prophetic application, not just historical. Iron refers to Rome, and clay is ten other Antichrist kingdoms.
This means that the Roman Church of Revelation 17 and 18 is combined with the Antichrist Kingdom. The question then is, why are there two legs from the figure? According to historical interpretation in Daniel 2, the Roman Empire is split into two, the Western Catholic Church and the Eastern Greek Orthodox.
Daniel 2:40 “And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.”
The Bible says that verse 40 and the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron. But notice that the iron is referring to the legs of verse 33; plural, not one leg. This is because the Roman Empire splits into two, that’s fulfilled in history.
This is important to show what Russia has to do with the end times.
There are some articles that show Putin’s destiny is to be part of the Orthodox Church as this is what’s rampant in Russia and the Eastern side is the Orthodox Church.
Malachi Martin 1996 in regards to Fatima’s fulfillment, titled ‘Russia Kyiv and the pope are part of the Final Solution‘
Malachi Martin prophesied and claimed that he used to be inside the Vatican and saw the Jesuit secret. He also claimed one of Fatima’s prophecies that he found with the Jesuit secrets, which is that the cure for the world’s ills will start in Ukraine and in Russia. And that was why the virgin in the Fatima vision of 1917 was supposed to have spoken actively about Russia, that first of all, has to be cured of her errors, then she will help the entire world to get better and to cure itself of its sins.
From this, we know that the devil can prophesy too, as mentioned in the book of Deuteronomy if a false prophet who goes after the devil, it gives you a prophecy and it comes to pass.
Another Bible prophesy is in Colossians 3 which shows us the Grecian/ Greek Orthodox connection with Russia.
Colossians 3:11 “Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.”
The Scythians were the ancient people before Russia officially came to be. Why would Paul mention Scythian and not any other nationality here? Unless they’re as common as the Greek during the Roman Empire.

So what does the Bible say about this?
Daniel 7:7 “After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.”
This matches the ten toes of the Antichrist Kingdom in Daniel 10. But it said diverse from all the beasts, what is it referring to here? Look at verses 4. 5 and 6, it is referring to lion, beast, leopard.
Revelation 13:2 “And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.”
This matches with Daniel 7, indicating it was a terrible beast diverse from all beasts. We can agree that Daniel 7:7 and Revelation 13:2 are referring to the same Antichrist beast.
Revelation 13:2 ‘the feet of a bear‘ which is Russia matches Daniel 7:7 ‘and stamped the residue with the feet of it‘, the feet of a bear. According to the Cambridge English dictionary. Residue means the part that is left after the main part has gone, or been taken away or a substance that remains after a chemical process such as evaporation.
Could it be then that this Antichrist will give nuclear war then? Then that’s what the residue means.
We know that this is referring to the Antichrist Kingdom. So it may not happen now but in the future.
There are three possibilities which we can conclude.
Firstly, the book of Daniel may be prophesying what is going to happen in the future.
Secondly, Russia will not initiate a nuclear war.
Thirdly, what Daniel is trying to point out is that if this event will happen soon, we Christians will already be raptured before it happens.
