of sapphires

The stones

אֲבָנֶ֑יהָ

and it hath dust

וְעַפְרֹ֖ת

of gold

There is a path

נָ֭תִיב

 

לֹֽא

knoweth

יְדָ֣עוֹ

which no fowl

עָ֑יִט

 

וְלֹ֥א

hath not seen

and which the vulture's

הִדְרִיכ֥וּהוּ

The lion's

יַעַרְכֶ֣נָּה

The gold

זָ֭הָב

and the crystal

וּזְכוֹכִ֑ית

it and the exchange

וּתְמ֖וּרָתָ֣הּ

of it shall not be for jewels

כְּלִי

of fine gold

רָאמ֣וֹת

or of pearls

וְ֝דֶ֗רֶךְ

for the lightning

קֹלֽוֹת׃

 

אָ֣ז

Then did he see

רָ֭אָהּ

it and declare

וַֽיְסַפְּרָ֑הּ

it he prepared

הֱ֝כִינָ֗הּ

 

וְגַם

it yea and searched it out

חֲקָרָֽהּ׃

he said

וַיֹּ֤אמֶר׀

And unto man

לָֽאָדָ֗ם

 

הֵ֤ן

Behold the fear

יִרְאַ֣ת

of the Lord

אֲ֭דֹנָי

 

הִ֣יא

that is wisdom

חָכְמָ֑ה

and to depart

וְס֖וּר

from evil

מֵרָ֣ע

is understanding

בִּינָֽה׃
