The chariots

הָרֶ֔כֶב

they shall justle one against another

יִֽשְׁתַּקְשְׁק֖וּן

in the broad ways

they shall seem

מַרְאֵיהֶן֙

like torches

כַּלַּפִּידִ֔ים

like the lightnings

כַּבְּרָקִ֖ים

יִזְכֹּר֙

אַדִּירָ֔יו

they shall stumble

יִכָּשְׁל֖וּ

in their walk

בַּהֲלִֽכוָתָ֑ם

חֽוֹמָתָ֔הּ

וְהֻכַ֖ן

בִּרְכַּ֗יִם

הִנְנִ֣י

 

אֵלַ֗יִךְ

Behold I am against thee saith

נְאֻם֙

the LORD

יְהוָ֣ה

of hosts

צְבָא֔וֹת

and I will burn

וְהִבְעַרְתִּ֤י

in the smoke

בֶֽעָשָׁן֙

her chariots

רִכְבָּ֔הּ

thy young lions

וּכְפִירַ֖יִךְ

shall devour

תֹּ֣אכַל

and the sword

חָ֑רֶב

and I will cut off

וְהִכְרַתִּ֤י

from the earth

מֵאֶ֙רֶץ֙

thy prey

טַרְפֵּ֔ךְ

 

וְלֹֽא

shall no more be heard

יִשָּׁמַ֥ע

and the voice

ק֥וֹל

of thy messengers

מַלְאָכֵֽכֵה׃
