הִצִּילָֽנִי׃

They looked

הִבִּ֣יטוּ

 

אֵלָ֣יו

unto him and were lightened

וְנָהָ֑רוּ

and their faces

וּ֝פְנֵיהֶ֗ם

 

אַל

were not ashamed

יֶחְפָּֽרוּ׃

 

זֶ֤ה

This poor man

עָנִ֣י

cried

קָ֭רָא

and the LORD

וַיהוָ֣ה

heard

שָׁמֵ֑עַ

 

וּמִכָּל

him out of all his troubles

צָ֝רוֹתָ֗יו

him and saved

הוֹשִׁיעֽוֹ׃

encampeth

חֹנֶ֤ה

The angel

מַלְאַךְ

of the LORD

יְהוָ֓ה

round about

סָ֘בִ֤יב

them that fear

לִֽירֵאָ֗יו

him and delivereth

וַֽיְחַלְּצֵֽם׃

O taste

טַעֲמ֣וּ

and see

וּ֭רְאוּ

 

כִּי

is good

ט֣וֹב

that the LORD

יְהוָ֑ה

blessed

אַֽשְׁרֵ֥י

is the man

הַ֝גֶּ֗בֶר

that trusteth

יֶחֱסֶה

 

בּֽוֹ׃

O fear

יְר֣אוּ

 

אֶת

the LORD

יְהוָ֣ה

ye his saints

קְדֹשָׁ֑יו

 

כִּי

 

אֵ֥ין

for there is no want

מַ֝חְס֗וֹר

to them that fear

לִירֵאָֽיו׃

The young lions

כְּ֭פִירִים

do lack

רָשׁ֣וּ

and suffer hunger

וְרָעֵ֑בוּ

but they that seek

וְדֹרְשֵׁ֥י

the LORD

יְ֝הוָ֗ה

 

לֹא

shall not want

יַחְסְר֥וּ

 

כָל

any good

טֽוֹב׃

 

לְֽכוּ

ye children

בָ֭נִים

hearken

שִׁמְעוּ

 

לִ֑י

you the fear

יִֽרְאַ֥ת

of the LORD

יְ֝הוָ֗ה

unto me I will teach

אֲלַמֶּדְכֶֽם׃

What man

הָ֭אִישׁ

is he that desireth

הֶחָפֵ֣ץ

life

חַיִּ֑ים

and loveth

אֹהֵ֥ב

many days

יָ֝מִ֗ים

that he may see

לִרְא֥וֹת

good

Keep

נְצֹ֣ר

thy tongue

לְשׁוֹנְךָ֣

from evil

מֵרָ֑ע

and thy lips

וּ֝שְׂפָתֶ֗יךָ

מִדַּבֵּ֥ר

guile

מִרְמָֽה׃

Depart

ס֣וּר

from evil

מֵ֭רָע

and do

וַעֲשֵׂה

good

seek

בַּקֵּ֖שׁ

peace

שָׁל֣וֹם

and pursue

וְרָדְפֵֽהוּ׃

The eyes

עֵינֵ֣י

of the LORD

אֶל

are upon the righteous

צַדִּיקִ֑ים

and his ears

וְ֝אָזְנָ֗יו

 

אֶל

are open unto their cry

שַׁוְעָתָֽם׃

The face

פְּנֵ֣י

of the LORD

יְ֭הוָה

is against them that do

בְּעֹ֣שֵׂי

evil

רָ֑ע

to cut off

לְהַכְרִ֖ית

of them from the earth

מֵאֶ֣רֶץ

the remembrance

זִכְרָֽם׃

The righteous cry

צָעֲק֣וּ

and the LORD

וַיהוָ֣ה

heareth

שָׁמֵ֑עַ

 

וּמִכָּל

them out of all their troubles

צָ֝רוֹתָ֗ם

and delivereth

הִצִּילָֽם׃

is nigh

קָר֣וֹב

The LORD

יְ֭הוָה

unto them that are of a broken

לְנִשְׁבְּרֵי

heart

לֵ֑ב

 

וְֽאֶת

such as be of a contrite

דַּכְּאֵי

spirit

ר֥וּחַ

and saveth

יוֹשִֽׁיעַ׃

Many

רַ֭בּוֹת

are the afflictions

רָע֣וֹת

of the righteous

צַדִּ֑יק

 

וּ֝מִכֻּלָּ֗ם

delivereth

יַצִּילֶ֥נּוּ

but the LORD

יְהוָֽה׃

He keepeth

שֹׁמֵ֥ר

 

כָּל

all his bones

עַצְמוֹתָ֑יו

not one

אַחַ֥ת

of them

מֵ֝הֵ֗נָּה

 

לֹ֣א

is broken

נִשְׁבָּֽרָה׃

shall slay

תְּמוֹתֵ֣ת

the wicked

רָשָׁ֣ע

Evil

רָעָ֑ה

and they that hate

וְשֹׂנְאֵ֖י

the righteous

צַדִּ֣יק

shall be desolate

יֶאְשָֽׁמוּ׃

redeemeth

פּוֹדֶ֣ה

The LORD

יְ֭הוָה

the soul

נֶ֣פֶשׁ

of his servants

עֲבָדָ֑יו

 

וְלֹ֥א

in him shall be desolate

יֶ֝אְשְׁמ֗וּ

 

כָּֽל

and none of them that trust

הַחֹסִ֥ים
