לְק֬וֹל

of my cry

אֵ֝לֶ֗יךָ

for unto thee will I pray

אֶתְפַּלָּֽל׃

O LORD

יְֽהוָ֗ה

in the morning

בֹּ֥קֶר

shalt thou hear

תִּשְׁמַ֣ע

My voice

קוֹלִ֑י

in the morning

בֹּ֥קֶר

will I direct

אֶֽעֱרָךְ

 

לְ֝ךָ֗

my prayer unto thee and will look up

וַאֲצַפֶּֽה׃

 

כִּ֤י׀

 

לֹ֤א

For thou art not a God

אֵֽל

that hath pleasure

חָפֵ֘ץ

in wickedness

רֶ֥שַׁע׀

 

אָ֑תָּה

 

לֹ֖א

dwell

יְגֻרְךָ֣

neither shall evil

רָֽע׃

 

לֹֽא

shall not stand

יִתְיַצְּב֣וּ

The foolish

הֽ֭וֹלְלִים

 

לְנֶ֣גֶד

in thy sight

עֵינֶ֑יךָ

thou hatest

שָׂ֝נֵ֗אתָ

 

כָּל

all workers

פֹּ֥עֲלֵי

of iniquity

אָֽוֶן׃

Thou shalt destroy

תְּאַבֵּד֮

them that speak

דֹּבְרֵ֪י

leasing

כָ֫זָ֥ב

man

אִישׁ

the bloody

דָּמִ֥ים

and deceitful

וּמִרְמָ֗ה

will abhor

יְתָ֘עֵ֥ב׀

the LORD

יְהוָֽה׃

 

וַאֲנִ֗י

in the multitude

בְּרֹ֣ב

of thy mercy

חַ֭סְדְּךָ

But as for me I will come

אָב֣וֹא

into thy house

בֵיתֶ֑ךָ

will I worship

אֶשְׁתַּחֲוֶ֥ה

 

אֶל

temple

הֵֽיכַל

toward thy holy

קָ֝דְשְׁךָ֗

and in thy fear

בְּיִרְאָתֶֽךָ׃

me O LORD

יְהוָ֤ה׀

Lead

נְחֵ֬נִי

in thy righteousness

בְצִדְקָתֶ֗ךָ

 

לְמַ֥עַן

because of mine enemies

שׁוֹרְרָ֑י

straight

הַוְשַׁ֖ר

before my face

לְפָנַ֣י

make thy way

דַּרְכֶּֽךָ׃

 

כִּ֤י

 

אֵ֪ין

in their mouth

בְּפִ֡יהוּ

For there is no faithfulness

נְכוֹנָה֮

their inward

קִרְבָּ֪ם

part is very wickedness

הַ֫וּ֥וֹת

sepulchre

קֶֽבֶר

is an open

פָּת֥וּחַ

their throat

גְּרוֹנָ֑ם

with their tongue

לְ֝שׁוֹנָ֗ם

they flatter

יַחֲלִֽיקוּן׃

Destroy

הַֽאֲשִׁימֵ֨ם׀

thou them O God

אֱֽלֹהִ֗ים

let them fall

יִפְּלוּ֮

by their own counsels

מִֽמֹּעֲצ֪וֹתֵ֫יהֶ֥ם

in the multitude

בְּרֹ֣ב

of their transgressions

פִּ֭שְׁעֵיהֶם

cast them out

הַדִּיחֵ֑מוֹ

 

כִּי

for they have rebelled

מָ֥רוּ

 

בָֽךְ׃

in thee rejoice

וְיִשְׂמְח֨וּ

 

כָל

But let all those that put their trust

ח֪וֹסֵי

 

בָ֡ךְ

let them ever

לְעוֹלָ֣ם

shout for joy

יְ֭רַנֵּנוּ

because thou defendest

וְתָסֵ֣ךְ

 

עָלֵ֑ימוֹ

be joyful

וְֽיַעְלְצ֥וּ

 

בְ֝ךָ֗

them let them also that love

אֹהֲבֵ֥י

thy name

שְׁמֶֽךָ׃

 

כִּֽי

 

אַתָּה֮

wilt bless

תְּבָרֵ֪ךְ

the righteous

צַ֫דִּ֥יק

For thou LORD

יְהוָ֑ה

him as with a shield

כַּ֝צִּנָּ֗ה

with favour

רָצ֥וֹן

wilt thou compass

תַּעְטְרֶֽנּוּ׃
