is the man

that feareth

בְּ֝מִצְוֹתָ֗יו

that delighteth

greatly

מְאֹֽד׃

shall be mighty

upon earth

יִהְיֶ֣ה

His seed

זַרְע֑וֹ

the generation

דּ֭וֹר

shall be blessed

יְבֹרָֽךְ׃

Wealth

הוֹן

and riches

וָעֹ֥שֶׁר

shall be in his house

בְּבֵית֑וֹ

and his righteousness

וְ֝צִדְקָת֗וֹ

endureth

עֹמֶ֥דֶת

for ever

לָעַֽד׃

there ariseth

זָ֘רַ֤ח

in the darkness

בַּחֹ֣שֶׁךְ

light

א֭וֹר

Unto the upright

לַיְשָׁרִ֑ים

he is gracious

חַנּ֖וּן

and full of compassion

וְרַח֣וּם

and righteous

וְצַדִּֽיק׃

A good

טֽוֹב

man

אִ֭ישׁ

sheweth favour

חוֹנֵ֣ן

and lendeth

וּמַלְוֶ֑ה

he will guide

יְכַלְכֵּ֖ל

his affairs

דְּבָרָ֣יו

with discretion

בְּמִשְׁפָּֽט׃

 

כִּֽי

for ever

ע֝וֹלָ֗ם

 

לֹא

Surely he shall not be moved

יִמּ֑וֹט

remembrance

לְזֵ֥כֶר

for ever

ע֝וֹלָ֗ם

 

יִהְיֶ֥ה

the righteous

צַדִּֽיק׃

tidings

מִשְּׁמוּעָ֣ה

of evil

רָ֭עָה

 

לֹ֣א

He shall not be afraid

יִירָ֑א

is fixed

נָכ֥וֹן

his heart

לִ֝בּ֗וֹ

trusting

בָּטֻ֥חַ

in the LORD

בַּיהוָֽה׃

is established

סָמ֣וּךְ

His heart

לִ֭בּוֹ

 

לֹ֣א

he shall not be afraid

יִירָ֑א

 

עַ֖ד

 

אֲשֶׁר

until he see

יִרְאֶ֣ה

his desire upon his enemies

בְצָרָֽיו׃

He hath dispersed

פִּזַּ֤ר׀

he hath given

נָ֘תַ֤ן

to the poor

לָאֶבְיוֹנִ֗ים

his righteousness

צִ֭דְקָתוֹ

endureth

עֹמֶ֣דֶת

for ever

לָעַ֑ד

his horn

קַ֝רְנ֗וֹ

shall be exalted

תָּר֥וּם

with honour

בְּכָבֽוֹד׃

The wicked

רְשָׁעִ֣ים

shall see

יִרְאֶ֨ה׀

it and be grieved

וְכָעָ֗ס

with his teeth

שִׁנָּ֣יו

he shall gnash

יַחֲרֹ֣ק

and melt away

וְנָמָ֑ס

the desire

תַּאֲוַ֖ת

The wicked

רְשָׁעִ֣ים

shall perish

תֹּאבֵֽד׃
