הָעִיר֙

by the way

דֶּ֥רֶךְ

גַּ֣ן

of the king's

הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ

by the gate

and he went out

him with chains

him to Babylon

בָּבֶֽלָה׃

לֵאמֹֽר׃

הָל֣וֹךְ

Thus saith

לְעֶבֶד

to Ebedmelech

מֶ֨לֶךְ

the Ethiopian

הַכּוּשִׁ֜י

Thus saith

אָמַ֞ר

the LORD

יְהוָ֤ה

of hosts

צְבָאוֹת֙

אֱלֹהֵ֣י

Behold I will bring

upon this city

for evil

לְרָעָ֖ה

 

וְלֹ֣א

and not for good

לְטוֹבָ֑ה

 

וְהָי֥וּ

before

לְפָנֶ֖יךָ

and they shall be accomplished in that day

בַּיּ֥וֹם

 

הַהֽוּא׃

But I will deliver

וְהִצַּלְתִּ֥יךָ

thee in that day

בַיּוֹם

 

הַה֖וּא

saith

נְאֻם

the LORD

יְהוָ֑ה

 

וְלֹ֤א

and thou shalt not be given

תִנָּתֵן֙

into the hand

בְּיַ֣ד

 

הָֽאֲנָשִׁ֔ים

 

אֲשֶׁר

 

אַתָּ֥ה

thou art afraid

יָג֖וֹר

of whom

מִפְּנֵיהֶֽם׃

 

כִּ֤י

For I will surely

אֲמַלֶּטְךָ֔

For I will surely

אֲמַלֶּטְךָ֔

by the sword

וּבַחֶ֖רֶב

 

לֹ֣א

thee and thou shalt not fall

תִפֹּ֑ל

 

וְהָיְתָ֨ה

 

לְךָ֤

but thy life

נַפְשְׁךָ֙

shall be for a prey

לְשָׁלָ֔ל

 

כִּֽי

unto thee because thou hast put thy trust

בָטַ֥חְתָּ

 

בִּ֖י

in me saith

נְאֻם
