this Jordan

הַיַּרְדֵּ֣ן

 

הַזֶּ֗ה

 

אַתָּה֙

 

וְכָל

thou and all this people

הָעָ֣ם

 

הַזֶּ֔ה

 

אֶל

unto the land

הָאָ֕רֶץ

 

אֲשֶׁ֧ר

 

אָֽנֹכִ֛י

which I do give

נֹתֵ֥ן

 

לָהֶ֖ם

to them even to the children

לִבְנֵ֥י

of Israel

יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

Every place

מָק֗וֹם

 

אֲשֶׁ֨ר

shall tread upon

תִּדְרֹ֧ךְ

גְּבֽוּלְכֶֽם׃

לְפָנֶ֔יךָ

so I will be with thee I will not fail

אַרְפְּךָ֖

 

וְלֹ֥א

thee nor forsake

אֶֽעֶזְבֶֽךָּ׃

Be strong

חֲזַ֖ק

and of a good courage

וֶֽאֱמָ֑ץ

 

כִּ֣י

 

אַתָּ֗ה

shalt thou divide for an inheritance

תַּנְחִיל֙

 

אֶת

for unto this people

הָעָ֣ם

 

הַזֶּ֔ה

which I sware

נִשְׁבַּ֥עְתִּי

unto their fathers

Only be thou strong

חֲזַ֨ק

courageous

וֶֽאֱמַ֜ץ

and very

מְאֹ֗ד

that thou mayest observe

לִשְׁמֹ֤ר

כְּכָל

according to all the law

הַתּוֹרָ֗ה

 

אֲשֶׁ֤ר

commanded

צִוְּךָ֙

מִמֶּ֖נּוּ

not from it to the right hand

that thou mayest prosper

תֵּלֵֽךְ׃

shall not depart

יָמ֡וּשׁ

prosperous

תַּצְלִ֥יחַ

 

אֶת

thy way

דְּרָכֶ֖ךָ

 

וְאָ֥ז

and then thou shalt have good success

תַּשְׂכִּֽיל׃

 

הֲל֤וֹא

Have not I commanded

צִוִּיתִ֙יךָ֙

thee Be strong

חֲזַ֣ק

and of a good courage

וֶֽאֱמָ֔ץ

 

אַֽל

be not afraid

תַּעֲרֹ֖ץ

 

וְאַל

neither be thou dismayed

תֵּחָ֑ת

of Manasseh

הַֽמְנַשֶּׁ֑ה

saying

לֵאמֹֽר׃

Your wives

נְשֵׁיכֶ֣ם

your little ones

טַפְּכֶם֮

and your cattle

וּמִקְנֵיכֶם֒

shall remain

יֵֽשְׁב֕וּ

in the land

בָּאָ֕רֶץ

 

אֲשֶׁ֨ר

all the mighty

גִּבּוֹרֵ֣י

men of valour

הַחַ֔יִל

and help

וַֽעֲזַרְתֶּ֖ם

 

אוֹתָֽם׃

אֲשֶׁר

יָנִ֨יחַ

Until the LORD

יְהוָ֔ה

your brethren

לַֽאֲחֵיכֶם֮

 

כָּכֶם֒

and enjoy

וִֽירִשְׁתֶּ֣ם

 

גַם

 

הֵ֔מָּה

 

אֶת

the land

לְאֶ֤רֶץ

 

אֲשֶׁר

Until the LORD

יְהוָ֔ה

your God

אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֖ם

gave

לָהֶ֑ם

them then ye shall return

וְשַׁבְתֶּ֞ם

the land

לְאֶ֤רֶץ

of your possession

יְרֻשַּׁתְכֶם֙

and enjoy

וִֽירִשְׁתֶּ֣ם

 

אוֹתָ֔הּ

 

אֲשֶׁ֣ר׀

and whithersoever

אֲשֶׁ֥ר

All that thou commandest

צִוִּיתָ֙נוּ֙

us we will do

נַֽעֲשֶׂ֔ה

thou sendest

תִּשְׁלָחֵ֖נוּ

he be that doth rebel

יַמְרֶ֣ה

against thy commandment

וְלֹֽא

and will not hearken

יִשְׁמַ֧ע

unto thy words

דְּבָרֶ֛יךָ

 

לְכֹ֥ל

 

אֲשֶׁר

in all that thou commandest

תְּצַוֶּ֖נּוּ

him he shall be put to death

יוּמָ֑ת
