and my cause

וְדִינִ֑י

thou satest

in the throne

לְ֝כִסֵּ֗א

judging

שׁוֹפֵ֥ט

right

Thou hast rebuked

גָּעַ֣רְתָּ

the heathen

ג֭וֹיִם

thou hast destroyed

אִבַּ֣דְתָּ

the wicked

רָשָׁ֑ע

their name

שְׁמָ֥ם

thou hast put out

מָ֝חִ֗יתָ

for ever

לְעוֹלָ֥ם

and ever

וָעֶֽד׃

O thou enemy

הָֽאוֹיֵ֨ב׀

end

תַּ֥מּוּ

destructions

חֳרָב֗וֹת

are come to a perpetual

לָ֫נֶ֥צַח

 

וְעָרִ֥ים

and thou hast destroyed

נָתַ֑שְׁתָּ

is perished

אָבַ֖ד

their memorial

זִכְרָ֣ם

with them

הֵֽמָּה׃

But the LORD

וַֽ֭יהוָה

for ever

לְעוֹלָ֣ם

shall endure

יֵשֵׁ֑ב

he hath prepared

כּוֹנֵ֖ן

for judgment

לַמִּשְׁפָּ֣ט

his throne

כִּסְאֽוֹ׃

 

וְה֗וּא

And he shall judge

יִשְׁפֹּֽט

the world

תֵּבֵ֥ל

in righteousness

בְּצֶ֑דֶק

he shall minister judgment

יָדִ֥ין

to the people

לְ֝אֻמִּ֗ים

in uprightness

בְּמֵישָׁרִֽים׃

 

וִ֘יהִ֤י

The LORD

יְהוָ֣ה

a refuge

מִ֝שְׂגָּ֗ב

for the oppressed

לַדָּ֑ךְ

a refuge

מִ֝שְׂגָּ֗ב

in times

לְעִתּ֥וֹת

of trouble

בַּצָּרָֽה׃

will put their trust

וְיִבְטְח֣וּ

 

בְ֭ךָ

And they that know

יוֹדְעֵ֣י

thy name

שְׁמֶ֑ךָ

 

כִּ֤י

 

לֹֽא

hast not forsaken

עָזַ֖בְתָּ

them that seek

דֹרְשֶׁ֣יךָ

in thee for thou LORD

יְהוָֽה׃

זַמְּר֗וּ

to the LORD

לַ֭יהוָה

which dwelleth

יֹשֵׁ֣ב

in Zion

צִיּ֑וֹן

declare

הַגִּ֥ידוּ

among the people

בָ֝עַמִּ֗ים

his doings

עֲלִֽילוֹתָֽיו׃

When he maketh inquisition

דֹרֵ֣שׁ

for blood

אוֹתָ֣ם

he remembereth

them he forgetteth

שָׁ֝כַ֗ח

not the cry

צַעֲקַ֥ת

of the humble

עֲנָיִֽים׃

Have mercy

חָֽנְנֵ֬נִי

upon me O LORD

my trouble

עָ֭נְיִי

which I suffer of them that hate

מִשֹּׂנְאָ֑י

me thou that liftest me up

מְ֝רוֹמְמִ֗י

from the gates

מִשַּׁ֥עֲרֵי

לְמַ֥עַן

That I may shew forth

אֲסַפְּרָ֗ה

all thy praise

תְּהִלָּ֫תֶ֥יךָ

בְּשַֽׁעֲרֵ֥י

of the daughter

בַת

of Zion

צִיּ֑וֹן

I will rejoice

אָ֝גִ֗ילָה

in thy salvation

בִּישׁוּעָתֶֽךָ׃

are sunk down

טָבְע֣וּ

The heathen

בְּשַׁ֣חַת

that they made

עָשׂ֑וּ

in the net

the wicked

shall not alway

לָ֭נֶצַח

For the needy

אֶבְי֑וֹן

the expectation

תִּקְוַ֥ת

 

עֲ֝נִוִּ֗ים

shall not perish

תֹּאבַ֥ד

for ever

לָעַֽד׃

O LORD

let the heathen

in thy sight

them in fear

may know

themselves to be but men
