וְעָלוּ֙

and come

וּבָ֣אוּ

and into the house

וּבְבֵ֤ית

and into thy bedchamber

וּבַֽחֲדַ֥ר

 

מִשְׁכָּֽבְךָ֖

 

וְעַל

and upon thy bed

מִטָּתֶ֑ךָ

and into the house

וּבְבֵ֤ית

of thy servants

עֲבָדֶ֙יךָ֙

and upon thy people

וּבְעַמֶּ֔ךָ

and into thine ovens

וּבְתַנּוּרֶ֖יךָ

and into thy kneadingtroughs

וּבְמִשְׁאֲרוֹתֶֽיךָ׃

 

וּבְכָ֥ה

both on thee and upon thy people

וּֽבְעַמְּךָ֖

 

וּבְכָל

and upon all thy servants

עֲבָדֶ֑יךָ

shall come up

יַֽעֲל֖וּ

And the frogs

הַֽצְפַרְדְּעִֽים׃

Say

אֱמֹ֣ר

unto Moses

מֹשֶׁה֒

אַהֲרֹ֗ן

Stretch forth

נְטֵ֤ה

 

אֶת

thine hand

יָֽדְךָ֙

with thy rod

בְּמַטֶּ֔ךָ

 

עַל

over the streams

הַ֨נְּהָרֹ֔ת

 

עַל

over the rivers

הַיְאֹרִ֖ים

 

וְעַל

and over the ponds

הָֽאֲגַמִּ֑ים

to come up

וְהַ֥עַל

 

אֶת

and cause frogs

הַֽצְפַרְדְּעִ֖ים

 

עַל

upon the land

אֶ֥רֶץ

of Egypt

מִצְרָֽיִם׃

וַיֵּ֤ט

And Aaron

Then Pharaoh

פַרְעֹ֜ה

for Moses

לְמֹשֶׁ֣ה

וּֽלְאַהֲרֹ֗ן

and said

וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙

Intreat

הַעְתִּ֣ירוּ

 

אֶל

the LORD

לַֽיהוָֽה׃

that he may take away

וְיָסֵר֙

the frogs

הַֽצְפַרְדְּעִ֔ים

 

מִמֶּ֖נִּי

and I will let the people

הָעָ֔ם

go

וַֽאֲשַׁלְּחָה֙

 

אֶת

and I will let the people

הָעָ֔ם

that they may do sacrifice

וְיִזְבְּח֖וּ

the LORD

לַֽיהוָֽה׃

said

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר

And Moses

מֹשֶׁ֣ה

unto Pharaoh

לְפַרְעֹה֮

Glory

הִתְפָּאֵ֣ר

 

עָלַי֒

over me when

לְמָתַ֣י׀

shall I intreat

אַעְתִּ֣יר

 

לְךָ֗

for thee and for thy servants

וְלַֽעֲבָדֶ֙יךָ֙

and for thy people

וּֽלְעַמְּךָ֔

to destroy

לְהַכְרִית֙

the frogs

הַֽצֲפַרְדְּעִ֔ים

 

מִמְּךָ֖

from thee and thy houses

וּמִבָּתֶּ֑יךָ

 

רַ֥ק

in the river

בַּיְאֹ֖ר

that they may remain

תִּשָּׁאַֽרְנָה׃

And he said

וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙

To morrow

לְמָחָ֑ר

And he said

וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙

Be it according to thy word

כִּדְבָ֣רְךָ֔

 

לְמַ֣עַן

that thou mayest know

תֵּדַ֔ע

 

כִּי

 

אֵ֖ין

that there is none like unto the LORD

כַּֽיהוָ֥ה

our God

אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃

shall depart

וְסָר֣וּ

And the frogs

הַֽצְפַרְדְּעִ֗ים

 

מִמְּךָ֙

from thee and from thy houses

וּמִבָּ֣תֶּ֔יךָ

and from thy servants

וּמֵֽעֲבָדֶ֖יךָ

and from thy people

וּמֵֽעַמֶּ֑ךָ

 

רַ֥ק

in the river

בַּיְאֹ֖ר

they shall remain

תִּשָּׁאַֽרְנָה׃

וַיֵּצֵ֥א

וַיָּמֻ֙תוּ֙

and the frogs

הָֽרְוָחָ֔ה

he hardened

וְהַכְבֵּד֙

אֲלֵהֶ֑ם

 

כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֖ר

had said

not unto them as the LORD

And the LORD

Rise up early

הַשְׁכֵּ֤ם

in the morning

בַּבֹּ֙קֶר֙

and stand

וְהִתְיַצֵּב֙

before

לִפְנֵ֣י

Pharaoh

פַרְעֹ֔ה

 

הִנֵּ֖ה

lo he cometh forth

יוֹצֵ֣א

to the water

הַמָּ֑יְמָה

and say

אָמַ֣ר

 

אֵלָ֗יו

 

כֹּ֚ה

and say

אָמַ֣ר

And the LORD

יְהוָ֔ה

go

שַׁלַּ֥ח

Let my people

עַמִּ֖י

that they may serve

וְיַֽעַבְדֻֽנִי׃

 

כִּ֣י

 

אִם

 

אֵֽינְךָ֮

behold I will send

מַשְׁלִ֨יחַ

Else if thou wilt not let my people

וּֽבְעַמְּךָ֛

 

הִנְנִי֩

behold I will send

בְּךָ֜

of flies upon thee and upon thy servants

וּבַֽעֲבָדֶ֧יךָ

Else if thou wilt not let my people

וּֽבְעַמְּךָ֛

בָּתֵּ֤י

shall be full

וּמָ֨לְא֜וּ

in which my people

לְמָחָ֥ר

 

יִֽהְיֶ֖ה

עֲבָדָ֑יו

and into all the land

הָאָ֖רֶץ

of Egypt

מִצְרַ֛יִם

was corrupted

תִּשָּׁחֵ֥ת

and into all the land

by reason

מִפְּנֵ֥י

of the swarm

הֶֽעָרֹֽב׃

וַיִּקְרָ֣א

And Pharaoh

פַרְעֹ֔ה

אֶל

Moses

מֹשֶׁ֖ה

and for Aaron

וּֽלְאַהֲרֹ֑ן

and said

וַיֹּ֗אמֶר

 

לְכ֛וּ

ye sacrifice

זִבְח֥וּ

to your God

לֵֽאלֹהֵיכֶ֖ם

in the land

בָּאָֽרֶץ׃

And Moses

לַֽעֲשׂ֣וֹת

of the Egyptians

lo shall we sacrifice

נִזְבַּ֞ח

to the LORD

לַֽיהוָ֣ה

אֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ

הֵ֣ן

there remained

נִשְׁאַ֖ר

not one

אֶחָֽד׃

And Pharaoh
