שִׁמְר֥וּ

ye judgment

מִשְׁפָּ֖ט

and do

וַעֲשׂ֣וּ

and my righteousness

וְצִדְקָתִ֖י

 

כִּֽי

is near

קְרוֹבָ֤ה

for my salvation

יְשֽׁוּעָתִי֙

to come

לָב֔וֹא

and my righteousness

וְצִדְקָתִ֖י

to be revealed

לְהִגָּלֽוֹת׃

Blessed

אַשְׁרֵ֤י

 

אֱנוֹשׁ֙

from doing

מֵעֲשׂ֥וֹת

 

זֹּ֔את

this and the son

וּבֶן

of man

אָדָ֖ם

that layeth hold

יַחֲזִ֣יק

 

בָּ֑הּ

it and keepeth

וְשֹׁמֵ֥ר

the sabbath

שַׁבָּת֙

from polluting

מֵֽחַלְּל֔וֹ

it and keepeth

וְשֹׁמֵ֥ר

his hand

יָד֖וֹ

from doing

מֵעֲשׂ֥וֹת

 

כָּל

any evil

רָֽע׃

 

וְאַל

say

יֹאמַר֙

Neither let the son

בֶּן

of the stranger

הַנֵּכָ֗ר

that hath joined

הַנִּלְוָ֤ה

 

אֶל

The LORD

יְהוָ֖ה

say

יֹאמַר֙

hath utterly

יַבְדִּילַ֛נִי

hath utterly

יַבְדִּילַ֛נִי

The LORD

מֵעַ֣ל

me from his people

עַמּ֑וֹ

 

וְאַל

say

יֹאמַר֙

neither let the eunuch

הַסָּרִ֔יס

Behold I am a dry

יָבֵֽשׁ׃

 

כִּי

 

כֹ֣ה׀

For thus saith

unto the eunuchs

לַסָּֽרִיסִים֙

 

אֲשֶׁ֤ר

that keep

יִשְׁמְרוּ֙

 

אֶת

my sabbaths

שַׁבְּתוֹתַ֔י

and choose

וּבָֽחֲר֖וּ

 

בַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר

the things that please

חָפָ֑צְתִּי

me and take hold

וּמַחֲזִיקִ֖ים

of my covenant

בִּבְרִיתִֽי׃

Even unto them will I give

אֶתֶּן

 

לָהֶ֜ם

in mine house

בְּבֵיתִ֤י

and within my walls

וּבְחֽוֹמֹתַי֙

a place

יָ֣ד

and a name

שֵׁ֤ם

better

ט֖וֹב

than of sons

מִבָּנִ֣ים

and of daughters

וּמִבָּנ֑וֹת

and a name

שֵׁ֤ם

them an everlasting

עוֹלָם֙

Even unto them will I give

אֶתֶּן

 

ל֔וֹ

 

אֲשֶׁ֖ר

 

לֹ֥א

that shall not be cut off

יִכָּרֵֽת׃

Also the sons

וּבְנֵ֣י

of the stranger

הַנֵּכָ֗ר

that join

הַנִּלְוִ֤ים

 

עַל

of the LORD

יְהוָ֔ה

to serve

לְשָׁ֣רְת֔וֹ

him and to love

וּֽלְאַהֲבָה֙

 

אֶת

the name

שֵׁ֣ם

of the LORD

יְהוָ֔ה

 

לִהְי֥וֹת

 

ל֖וֹ

to be his servants

לַעֲבָדִ֑ים

 

כָּל

every one that keepeth

שֹׁמֵ֤ר

the sabbath

שַׁבָּת֙

from polluting

מֵֽחַלְּל֔וֹ

it and taketh hold

וּמַחֲזִיקִ֖ים

of my covenant

בִּבְרִיתִֽי׃

Even them will I bring

וַהֲבִיאוֹתִ֞ים

 

אֶל

mountain

הַ֣ר

to my holy

קָדְשִׁ֗י

and make them joyful

וְשִׂמַּחְתִּים֙

an house

בֵּית

of prayer

תְּפִלָּ֥ה

their burnt offerings

עוֹלֹתֵיהֶ֧ם

and their sacrifices

וְזִבְחֵיהֶ֛ם

shall be accepted

לְרָצ֖וֹן

 

עַֽל

upon mine altar

מִזְבְּחִ֑י

 

כִּ֣י

an house

בֵּית

תְּפִלָּ֥ה

יִקָּרֵ֖א

 

לְכָל

for all people

הָעַמִּֽים׃

Yet will I gather

לְנִקְבָּצָֽיו׃

the outcasts

נִדְחֵ֣י

of Israel

יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל

 

ע֛וֹד

Yet will I gather

לְנִקְבָּצָֽיו׃

 

עָלָ֖יו

Yet will I gather

לְנִקְבָּצָֽיו׃

 

כֹּ֖ל

All ye beasts

חַיְת֖וֹ

of the field

שָׂדָ֑י

come

אֵתָ֕יוּ

to devour

לֶאֱכֹ֥ל

 

כָּל

All ye beasts

חַיְת֖וֹ

in the forest

בַּיָּֽעַר׃

His watchmen

צֹפָ֞ו

are blind

עִוְרִ֤ים

 

כֻּלָּם֙

 

לֹ֣א

they are all ignorant

יָדָ֔עוּ

 

כֻּלָּם֙

dogs

כְּלָבִ֣ים

they are all dumb

אִלְּמִ֔ים

 

לֹ֥א

they cannot

יוּכְל֖וּ

bark

לִנְבֹּ֑חַ

sleeping

הֹזִים֙

lying down

שֹֽׁכְבִ֔ים

loving

אֹהֲבֵ֖י

to slumber

לָנֽוּם׃

dogs

וְהַכְּלָבִ֣ים

Yea they are greedy

עַזֵּי

 

נֶ֗פֶשׁ

 

לֹ֤א

never have

יָדְע֖וּ

enough

שָׂבְעָ֔ה

 

וְהֵ֣מָּה

and they are shepherds

רֹעִ֔ים

 

לֹ֥א

never have

יָדְע֖וּ

that cannot understand

הָבִ֑ין

 

כֻּלָּם֙

to their own way

לְדַרְכָּ֣ם

they all look

פָּנ֔וּ

every one

אִ֥ישׁ

for his gain

לְבִצְע֖וֹ

from his quarter

מִקָּצֵֽהוּ׃

Come

אֵתָ֥יוּ

ye say they I will fetch

אֶקְחָה

wine

יַ֖יִן

and we will fill

וְנִסְבְּאָ֣ה

ourselves with strong drink

שֵׁכָ֑ר

 

וְהָיָ֤ה

 

כָזֶה֙

shall be as this day

י֣וֹם

and to morrow

מָחָ֔ר

abundant

גָּד֖וֹל

more

יֶ֥תֶר

and much

מְאֹֽד׃
