Now Naaman
וְ֠נַֽעֲמָן
captain
שַׂר
of the host
צְבָ֨א
of the king
מֶֽלֶךְ
of Syria
לַֽאֲרָ֑ם

הָיָ֣ה

וְהָאִ֗ישׁ
was a great
גָּד֨וֹל
with
פָנִ֔ים
his master
אֲדֹנָיו֙
and honourable
וּנְשֻׂ֣א

פָנִ֔ים

כִּי

הָיָ֛ה
he was also a mighty
גִּבּ֥וֹר

חַ֖יִל
but he was a leper
מְצֹרָֽע׃
2
And the Syrians
וַֽאֲרָם֙
had gone out

and had brought away captive
וַיִּשְׁבּ֛וּ
out of the land

וַתְּהִ֕י
and she waited on

And she said
וַתֹּ֙אמֶר֙

יֶֽאֱסֹ֥ף

אֹת֖וֹ
him of his leprosy
מִצָּֽרַעְתּֽוֹ׃
4
And one went in
וַיָּבֹ֕א
and told
וַיַּגֵּ֥ד
his lord
לַֽאדֹנָ֖יו
saying
לֵאמֹ֑ר

כָּזֹ֤את

Thus and thus said
דִּבְּרָ֣ה

And the king

וַיֵּלֶךְ֩
and took
וַיִּקַּ֨ח

And he brought
