אֶֽעֱשֶׂ֖ה

to Pharaoh

לְפַרְעֹ֑ה

shall he let them go

יְשַׁלְּחֵ֔ם

וּבְיָ֣ד

חֲזָקָ֔ה

יְגָֽרְשֵׁ֖ם

מֵֽאַרְצֽוֹ׃

וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר

And God

אֱלֹהִ֖ים

 

אֶל

unto Moses

מֹשֶׁ֑ה

and said

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר

 

אֵלָ֖יו

 

אֲנִ֥י

unto him I am the LORD

יְהוָֽה׃

And I appeared

וָֽאֵרָ֗א

 

אֶל

unto Abraham

אַבְרָהָ֛ם

 

אֶל

unto Isaac

יִצְחָ֥ק

 

וְאֶֽל

and unto Jacob

יַעֲקֹ֖ב

by the name of God

בְּאֵ֣ל

Almighty

שַׁדָּ֑י

but by my name

וּשְׁמִ֣י

JEHOVAH

יְהוָ֔ה

 

לֹ֥א

was I not known

נוֹדַ֖עְתִּי

 

לָהֶֽם׃

 

וְגַ֨ם

And I have also established

הֲקִמֹ֤תִי

 

אֶת

my covenant

בְּרִיתִי֙

 

אִתָּ֔ם

with them to give

לָתֵ֥ת

 

לָהֶ֖ם

 

אֶת

the land

אֶ֥רֶץ

of Canaan

כְּנָ֑עַן

 

אֵ֛ת

the land

אֶ֥רֶץ

of their pilgrimage

מְגֻֽרֵיהֶ֖ם

 

אֲשֶׁר

wherein they were strangers

גָּ֥רוּ

 

בָֽהּ׃

 

וְגַ֣ם׀

 

אֲנִ֣י

And I have also heard

שָׁמַ֗עְתִּי

 

אֶֽת

the groaning

נַאֲקַת֙

of the children

בְּנֵ֣י

of Israel

יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל

whom

אֲשֶׁ֥ר

the Egyptians

מִצְרַ֖יִם

keep in bondage

מַֽעֲבִדִ֣ים

 

אֹתָ֑ם

and I have remembered

וָֽאֶזְכֹּ֖ר

 

אֶת

my covenant

בְּרִיתִֽי׃

Wherefore

לָכֵ֞ן

say

אֱמֹ֥ר

unto the children

לִבְנֵֽי

of Israel

יִשְׂרָאֵל֮

 

אֲנִ֣י

I am the LORD

יְהוָה֒

and I will bring

וְהֽוֹצֵאתִ֣י

 

אֶתְכֶ֗ם

 

מִתַּ֙חַת֙

you out from under the burdens

סִבְלֹ֣ת

of the Egyptians

מִצְרַ֔יִם

and I will rid

וְהִצַּלְתִּ֥י

 

אֶתְכֶ֖ם

you out of their bondage

מֵעֲבֹֽדָתָ֑ם

and I will redeem

וְגָֽאַלְתִּ֤י

 

אֶתְכֶם֙

out arm

בִּזְר֣וֹעַ

you with a stretched

נְטוּיָ֔ה

judgments

וּבִשְׁפָטִ֖ים

and with great

גְּדֹלִֽים׃

And I will take

וְלָֽקַחְתִּ֨י

 

אֶתְכֶ֥ם

 

לִי֙

you to me for a people

לְעָ֔ם

 

וְהָיִ֥יתִי

 

לָכֶ֖ם

and I will be to you a God

אֱלֹ֣הֵיכֶ֔ם

and ye shall know

וִֽידַעְתֶּ֗ם

 

כִּ֣י

 

אֲנִ֤י

that I am the LORD

יְהוָה֙

and I will be to you a God

אֱלֹ֣הֵיכֶ֔ם

which bringeth

הַמּוֹצִ֣יא

 

אֶתְכֶ֔ם

 

מִתַּ֖חַת

you out from under the burdens

סִבְל֥וֹת

of the Egyptians

מִצְרָֽיִם׃

And I will bring

וְהֵֽבֵאתִ֤י

 

אֶתְכֶם֙

you in unto the land

unto me how then shall Pharaoh

פַרְעֹ֔ה

שְׂפָתָֽיִם׃

וַיְדַבֵּ֣ר

And the LORD

unto Moses

and gave them a charge

וַיְצַוֵּם֙
