לְשֹֽׁבֵיהֶ֔ם

וְרָד֖וּ

over their oppressors

בְּנֹגְשֵׂיהֶֽם׃

 

וְהָיָ֗ה

And it shall come to pass in the day

shall give thee rest

הָנִ֤יחַ

and from thy fear

wherein thou wast made to serve

of his prisoners

All the kings

But thou art cast out

like an abominable

נִתְעָ֔ב

and as the raiment

לְבֻ֥שׁ

of those that are slain

הֲרֻגִ֖ים

מְטֹ֣עֲנֵי

אֶל

to the stones

Prepare

הָכִ֧ינוּ

for his children

לְבָנָ֛יו

מַטְבֵּ֖חַ

for the iniquity

בַּעֲוֺ֣ן

of their fathers

אֲבוֹתָ֑ם

that they do not

בַּל

rise

יָקֻ֙מוּ֙

nor possess

וְיָ֣רְשׁוּ

אָ֔רֶץ

וּמָלְא֥וּ

פְנֵֽי

For I will rise up

against them saith

נְאֻם

the LORD

יְהוָֽה׃

I will also make

וְשַׂמְתִּ֛יהָ

it a possession

לְמוֹרַ֥שׁ

for the bittern

קִפֹּ֖ד

and pools

וְאַגְמֵי

of water

מָ֑יִם

and I will sweep

וְטֵֽאטֵאתִ֙יהָ֙

it with the besom

בְּמַטְאֲטֵ֣א

of destruction

הַשְׁמֵ֔ד

saith

נְאֻ֖ם

the LORD

צְבָאֽוֹת׃

hath sworn

נִשְׁבַּ֛ע

כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר

Surely as I have thought

דִּמִּ֙יתִי֙

 

כֵּ֣ן

 

הָיָ֔תָה

 

וְכַאֲשֶׁ֥ר

so shall it come to pass and as I have purposed

יָעַ֖צְתִּי

 

הִ֥יא

so shall it stand

תָקֽוּם׃

That I will break

לִשְׁבֹּ֤ר

the Assyrian

אַשּׁוּר֙

in my land

בְּאַרְצִ֔י

 

וְעַל

and upon my mountains

הָרַ֖י

tread him under foot

אֲבוּסֶ֑נּוּ

depart

יָסֽוּר׃

 

מֵֽעֲלֵיהֶם֙

then shall his yoke

עֻלּ֔וֹ

from off them and his burden

וְסֻ֨בֳּל֔וֹ

from off their shoulders

That the LORD

hath founded

Zion

צִיּ֔וֹן

 

וּבָ֥הּ

shall trust

יֶחֱס֖וּ

and the poor

עֲנִיֵּ֥י

of his people

עַמּֽוֹ׃
