Then went

עָלָ֣ה

to the gate

הַשַּׁעַר֮

And he took

וַיִּקַּ֞ח

of the elders

מִזִּקְנֵ֥י

of the city

הָעִ֖יר

and said

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר

Sit ye down

וַיֵּשֵֽׁבוּ׃

 

פֹ֑ה

And he said

וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙

unto the kinsman

לַגֹּאֵ֔ל

a parcel

חֶלְקַת֙

of land

מִשְּׂדֵ֥ה

 

אֲשֶׁ֥ר

which was our brother

לְאָחִ֖ינוּ

And I thought

קְ֠נֵה

it before the inhabitants

הַיֹּֽשְׁבִים֮

 

וְנֶ֣גֶד

and before the elders

זִקְנֵ֣י

of my people

עַמִּי֒

I will redeem

Then said

הַשָּׂדֶ֖ה

of the hand

מִיַּ֣ד

of Naomi

נָֽעֳמִ֑י

 

וּ֠מֵאֵת

it also of Ruth

ר֣וּת

the Moabitess

הַמּֽוֹאֲבִיָּ֤ה

the wife

אֵֽשֶׁת

of the dead

הַמֵּ֖ת

thou buyest

קָנִ֔יתָי

to raise up

לְהָקִ֥ים

the name

שֵׁם

of the dead

הַמֵּ֖ת

 

עַל

upon his inheritance

נַֽחֲלָתֽוֹ׃

said

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר

נַֽעֲל֖וֹ

and gave

וְנָתַ֣ן

it to his neighbour

לְרֵעֵ֑הוּ

and this was a testimony

הַתְּעוּדָ֖ה

in Israel

בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

said

וַיֹּ֧אמֶר

Therefore the kinsman

הַגֹּאֵ֛ל

unto Boaz

לְבֹ֖עַז

קְנֵה

 

לָ֑ךְ

it for thee So he drew off

וַיִּשְׁלֹ֖ף

his shoe

נַֽעֲלֽוֹ׃

said

וַיֹּאמֶר֩

And Boaz

Ye are witnesses

Blessed
