of his strength

יַחְתּ֑וֹם

לָ֝דַ֗עַת

אַנְשֵׁ֥י

his work

מַעֲשֵֽׂהוּ׃

the wondrous

נִפְלְא֬וֹת

works of God

אֵֽל׃

Dost thou know

הֲ֭תֵדַע

disposed

בְּשׂוּם

when God

אֱל֣וֹהַּ

 

עֲלֵיהֶ֑ם

to shine

וְ֝הוֹפִ֗יעַ

them and caused the light

א֣וֹר

of his cloud

עֲנָנֽוֹ׃

Dost thou know

הֲ֭תֵדַע

 

עַל

the balancings

מִפְלְשֵׂי

of the clouds

עָ֑ב

the wondrous works

מִ֝פְלְא֗וֹת

of him which is perfect

תְּמִ֣ים

in knowledge

How thy garments

בְּגָדֶ֥יךָ

are warm

חַמִּ֑ים

when he quieteth

בְּהַשְׁקִ֥ט

the earth

אֶ֝֗רֶץ

by the south

מִדָּרֽוֹם׃

Hast thou with him spread out

תַּרְקִ֣יעַ

 

עִ֭מּוֹ

the sky

לִשְׁחָקִ֑ים

which is strong

חֲ֝זָקִ֗ים

looking glass

כִּרְאִ֥י

and as a molten

מוּצָֽק׃

Teach

ה֭וֹדִיעֵנוּ

 

מַה

us what we shall say

נֹּ֣אמַר

unto him for we cannot order

נַ֝עֲרֹ֗ךְ

our speech by reason

מִפְּנֵי

of darkness

חֹֽשֶׁךְ׃

Shall it be told

הַֽיְסֻפַּר

him that I speak

אֲדַבֵּ֑ר

if a man

surely he shall be swallowed up

light

not the bright

בָּהִ֣יר

 

ה֭וּא

which is in the clouds

בַּשְּׁחָקִ֑ים

but the wind

וְר֥וּחַ

passeth

עָ֝בְרָ֗ה

and cleanseth

וַֽתְּטַהֲרֵֽם׃

out of the north

מִ֭צָּפוֹן

Fair weather

זָהָ֣ב

cometh

יֶֽאֱתֶ֑ה

 

עַל

with God

אֱ֝ל֗וֹהַּ

is terrible

נ֣וֹרָא

majesty

הֽוֹד׃

Touching the Almighty

we cannot find him out

מְ֭צָאנֻהוּ

he is excellent
