unto his servant

לְנַֽעֲר֔וֹ

over the reapers

הַקּֽוֹצְרִ֑ים

 

לְמִ֖י

Whose damsel

הַנַּֽעֲרָ֥ה

 

הַזֹּֽאת׃

answered

וַיַּ֗עַן

And the servant

הַנַּ֛עַר

that was set

הַנִּצָּ֥ב

 

עַל

over the reapers

הַקּֽוֹצְרִ֖ים

and said

וַיֹּאמַ֑ר

נַֽעֲרָ֤ה

It is the Moabitish

מֽוֹאֲבִיָּה֙

And she said

וַתֹּ֗אמֶר

I pray you let me glean

אֲלַקֳטָה

and gather

וְאָֽסַפְתִּ֣י

among the sheaves

בָֽעֳמָרִ֔ים

אַֽחֲרֵ֖י

the reapers

הַקּֽוֹצְרִ֑ים

so she came

וַתָּב֣וֹא

and hath continued

וַֽתַּעֲמ֗וֹד

even

מֵאָ֤ז

from the morning

הַבֹּ֙קֶר֙

 

וְעַד

until now that she tarried

Hearest

and it was about an ephah

And she took it up

וַתִּשָּׂא֙

and went

וַתָּב֣וֹא

into the city

and her mother in law

חֲמוֹתָ֖הּ

what she had gleaned

and she brought forth
