And as he lay

behold then an angel

מַלְאָךְ֙

And he looked

וַיַּבֵּ֕ט

מְרַֽאֲשֹׁתָ֛יו

and behold there was a cake

עֻגַ֥ת

baken on the coals

רְצָפִ֖ים

and a cruse

וְצַפַּ֣חַת

of water

מָ֑יִם

And he did eat

וַיֹּ֣אכַל

and drink

וַיֵּ֔שְׁתְּ

וַיָּ֖שָׁב

and laid him down

וַיִּשְׁכָּֽב׃

came again

וַיָּשָׁב֩

And the angel

לְאָבִ֣י

and my mother

וּלְאִמִּ֔י

 

וְאֵֽלְכָ֖ה

after

אַֽחֲרֶ֑יךָ

and said

וַיֹּ֤אמֶר

 

לוֹ֙

and then I will follow

לֵ֣ךְ

עָשִׂ֖יתִי

And he returned back

וַיָּ֨שָׁב

a yoke

צֶ֧מֶד

of oxen

הַבָּקָר֙

and slew

וַיִּזְבָּחֵ֗הוּ

with the instruments

וּבִכְלִ֤י

הַבָּקָר֙

them and boiled

בִּשְּׁלָ֣ם

their flesh

הַבָּשָׂ֔ר

and gave

וַיִּתֵּ֥ן

unto the people

לָעָ֖ם

and they did eat

וַיֹּאכֵ֑לוּ

Then he arose

וַיָּ֗קָם

 

וַיֵּ֛לֶךְ

אַֽחֲרֵ֥י

Elijah

אֵֽלִיָּ֖הוּ

and ministered

וַֽיְשָׁרְתֵֽהוּ׃
