and behold they be in Hazazontamar

תָּמָ֔ר

 

הִ֖יא

גֶּֽדִי׃

feared

וַיִּרָ֕א

and set

וַיִּתֵּ֧ן

And Jehoshaphat

יְהֽוֹשָׁפָ֛ט

וַיֹּאמַ֗ר

O LORD

יְהוָ֞ה

אֱלֹהִים֙

of our fathers

אַתָּה

 

ה֤וּא

God

אֱלֹהִים֙

in heaven

בַּשָּׁמַ֔יִם

and rulest

not thou over all the kingdoms

מַמְלְכ֣וֹת

of the heathen

הַגּוֹיִ֑ם

and in thine hand

וּבְיָֽדְךָ֙

is there not power

עִמְּךָ֖

so that none is able to withstand

Art not thou our God

אֱלֹהֵ֗ינוּ

who didst drive out

the inhabitants

רָעָ֗ה

upon us as the sword

חֶרֶב֮

judgment

שְׁפוֹט֮

or pestilence

וְדֶ֣בֶר

or famine

וְרָעָב֒

we stand

נַֽעַמְדָ֞ה

and in thy presence

וּלְפָנֶ֔יךָ

is in this house

בַּבַּ֣יִת

and in thy presence

the LORD

אַל

unto you Be not afraid

תִּֽירְא֤וּ

 

וְאַל

nor dismayed

תֵּחַ֙תּוּ֙

by reason

מִפְּנֵ֨י

multitude

of this great

הָרָב֙

 

הַזֶּ֔ה

for the battle

הַמִּלְחָמָ֖ה

me O Judah

in the LORD

his prophets

so shall ye prosper

And when he had consulted

and trumpets

And the fear

פַּ֣חַד

was on all the kingdoms

מַמְלְכ֣וֹת

when they had heard
