אֲשֶׁר֩

who brought you up

הֶֽעֱלָ֨ה

 

אֶתְכֶ֜ם

out of the land

מֵאֶ֧רֶץ

of Egypt

מִצְרַ֛יִם

power

בְּכֹ֧חַ

with great

גָּד֛וֹל

arm

וּבִזְר֥וֹעַ

and a stretched out

נְטוּיָ֖ה

 

אֹת֣וֹ

him shall ye fear

תִירָ֑אוּ

 

וְל֥וֹ

and him shall ye worship

תִֽשְׁתַּחֲו֖וּ

 

וְל֥וֹ

and to him shall ye do sacrifice

תִזְבָּֽחוּ׃

 

וְאֶת

And the statutes

הַֽחֻקִּ֨ים

 

וְאֶת

and the ordinances

הַמִּשְׁפָּטִ֜ים

and the law

וְהַתּוֹרָ֤ה

and the commandment

וְהַמִּצְוָה֙

 

אֲשֶׁ֣ר

which he wrote

כָּתַ֣ב

 

לָכֶ֔ם

for you ye shall observe

תִּשְׁמְר֥וּן

to do

לַֽעֲשׂ֖וֹת

 

כָּל

for evermore

הַיָּמִ֑ים

 

וְלֹ֥א

and ye shall not fear

תִֽירְא֖וּ

gods

אֱלֹהִ֥ים

other

אֲחֵרִֽים׃

And the covenant

וְהַבְּרִ֛ית

 

אֲשֶׁר

that I have made

כָּרַ֥תִּי

 

אִתְּכֶ֖ם

 

לֹ֣א

with you ye shall not forget

תִשְׁכָּ֑חוּ

 

וְלֹ֥א

neither shall ye fear

תִֽירְא֖וּ

gods

אֱלֹהִ֥ים

other

אֲחֵרִֽים׃

 

כִּ֛י

 

אִֽם

 

אֶת

But the LORD

יְהוָ֥ה

your God

אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֖ם

ye shall fear

תִּירָ֑אוּ

 

וְהוּא֙

and he shall deliver

יַצִּ֣יל

 

אֶתְכֶ֔ם

you out of the hand

מִיַּ֖ד

 

כָּל

of all your enemies

אֹֽיְבֵיכֶֽם׃

 

וְלֹ֖א

Howbeit they did not hearken

שָׁמֵ֑עוּ

 

כִּ֛י

 

אִֽם

manner

כְּמִשְׁפָּטָ֥ם

after their former

הָֽרִאשׁ֖וֹן

 

הֵ֥ם

but they did

עֹשִֽׂים׃

 

וַיִּֽהְי֣וּ׀

So these nations

הַגּוֹיִ֣ם

 

הָאֵ֗לֶּה

 

יְרֵאִים֙

 

אֶת

the LORD

יְהוָ֔ה

 

וְאֶת

their graven images

פְּסִֽילֵיהֶ֖ם

 

הָי֣וּ

and served

עֹֽבְדִ֑ים

 

גַּם

and their children's

בְנֵיהֶ֗ם

and their children's

בְנֵיהֶ֗ם

and their children's

בְנֵיהֶ֗ם

 

כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֨ר

as did

עֹשִׂ֔ים

their fathers

אֲבֹתָם֙

 

הֵ֣ם

as did

עֹשִׂ֔ים

 

עַ֖ד

they unto this day

הַיּ֥וֹם

 

הַזֶּֽה׃
